When you want to insert a picture in Word, if you need to rotate the picture to a certain angle, you can only process the picture in another software, and then insert it into Word. If you're in Word, you can rotate the picture as freely as you like, and it saves you the ability to work with pictures. A chance, I found a flexible way, the picture can also rotate freely. Will you try it?
First right-click on the toolbar, then select Customize from the pop-up shortcut menu, open the Customize dialog box, and click the Commands tab (Figure 1). Select drawing in the Categories list, and then in the Commands list on the right, select explode picture. Use the mouse to drag the command to the appropriate place on the Drawing toolbar (by default, this command button is not on the Drawing toolbar).

Now you can click on the [insert]→[picture]→[from file] menu command, select the picture you want to insert, and double-click to insert the picture into the current Word document, as before. When the inserted picture is selected, it has eight black filled rectangular control handles around it. However, you can only flip horizontally or vertically or rotate in units of 90°. It is impossible to rotate at any angle.
