- Bruno Wasserman 0.0.2 runtime, framework, select and deploy modules, active BPEL, but it looks like there is some magic to deploy to active BPEL 2.1

Worker ------------------- has previously done a lot of work to deploy it to the engine of activebpel 3.0. But eclispe designer still has a lot of standards that do not comply with the WS-BPEL2.0, finally saw the need to remove swirch/case add If/else.
