When editing a document on a daily basis, there are always pictures like unit signs and personal signatures that need to be used, and it's obviously troublesome to insert pictures every time you need them. In the WPS 2007 Person Edition We can put these commonly used pictures directly on the toolbar for quick insertion.
1. Add command
Open WPS Text 2007, right-click the toolbar select Custom to open the custom window, select common in the command bar list on the left, and click the + button in the lower-right corner of the custom window. In the pop-up Add window, also select "Common" on the left, and then select a command item in the right-hand list of commands to double-click, such as: Double-click the Save command Item (Figure 8) to add a Save button before the Standard toolbar. There will be two "save" buttons in the Standard toolbar.
(Figure 8)
2. Modify the command
In the list of commands on the right of the custom window, double-click the Save command item that you just added to open the Modify Command Entry dialog box. Enter the caption as "signature", and display the "Show Text Only" option. Then click the command-bound selection button, select Insert Picture in the Drop-down list, and in the pop-up dialog box, select the picture file that opens the personal signature you want to insert. Then position the input cursor into the shortcut key's input box and press DELETE to delete the original shortcut (Figure 9) to avoid interfering with the original Save shortcut key. Of course you can also specify a new set of shortcut keys yourself. Finally click Close to finish setting, and then close the Exit custom window.

Now we've added a "signature" command to the toolbar before we use it. You can insert a picture of a personal signature at the current cursor position by clicking the signature of the common toolbar later.
