1. Copy the shortcuts.txt file to the X: \ Program Files \ PLSQL developer \ plugins directory. Pay attention to the permissions for win7.

2. Choose tools> perferences> editor> autoreplaces from the menu.

3. Restart PL/SQL developer, enter the abbreviation of equal sign on the left and press "space". The system will automatically complete the problem. That is the efficiency ;)
