Plsql Database Configuration and use

Database Configuration Method Two (do not install Oracle, use the Instantclient tool to configure the connection to Oracle)

Instant client is an Instant installation tool that connects to Oracle.

Configure The Tnsnames.ora file for the instant client , add the database host, port number, and so on:

Main change = previous alias, host is IP address, service_name is the instance name of the database server.

1.SID: A database can have multiple instances (such as RAC), and the SID is the name of the instance used for inter-internal salutation.
2.service_name: Is the name of the database as a foreign address.

After configuring the Tnsnames.ora file, open the Plsql, enter the user name password, Select the database, connect select Normal, you can use.
