Today, I intend to export the query results of SQL statements to a CSV file using the export CSV function of PL/developer. The results of this SQL query in Chinese, and finally opened with Execel found that the Chinese are all garbled.

After Baidu got the answer. The following method verifies success under excel2007

Method 1 Export CSV format file New Excel file such as A.xls Excel software Open Select Menu data-Import external Data Unicode default next select comma separator Click OK import complete

Method 2 Export to HTML format using IE open on IE right click Export to Microsoft Excel open Excel Save as A.xls finish
