Pmodb GT202 WiFi usage

Pmoda/pmodb can do wifi use, is now introduced Pmodb WiFi use:

P4_13: Chip Selection

P4_0: Interrupt

P6_3: RESET

　　

1. set SPI0 P410,P411 and P412 pins

2, set P413 as output, initialize to high level

3. Set P603 as output, initialize to low

4, in the thread configuration, set the reset pin and SPI chip-select Pin "ioport_port_06_pin_03" and "ioport_port_04_pin_13"

5, simultaneously set the channel of the G_external_irq0 is 0
