Such dual management is the most terrible for projects. Of course, there are also some benefits, for the company. Not many resources are consumed for this project. Personally, it is still in its own radish pit.

III:Matrix Type:It may be the most subtle organizational relationship, which can be divided into weak matrix, balanced matrix, and strong matrix. How is this strong, weak, and balanced relationship defined. It is determined by the strength of the rights between the project manager and the functional manager;

Project Manager> function manager = strong Matrix

Its advantages are the same as those of the Job scheduler. It balances the company's resources. It also provides personal positions. For you, the Project Manager can communicate smoothly horizontally. Disadvantages: dual management, difficult vertical communication.
