The main difference is that the current flow direction and voltage are different:
The PNP pipe flows out from the base and collector after the emission pole flows in, and the pipe flows out from the base and collector.
When the PNP tube is working in the amplified area, the voltage is: ue> UB> UC, and the voltage when the PNP tube is working in the amplified area is UC> UB> UE
PNP pipe:
Emitter current = collector current + baseline current
Pipes:
Collector current = emission current + base current


PNP: The C pole is negative, and the E pole is positive.

Active-positive type of switch-off mode, active-Negative Type of switch-off mode, and active-Negative Type of switch-off mode.
