To a target number and a number to be divided, can be treated as split number of arbitrary division, for example, divide the number of 12305 divided into 12,30,5, asked to divide the number of the most close and do not exceed the target number of the segmentation scheme.

Analysis:

The key is the arbitrary division of the band number, the direct for loop enumeration state, such as state 10101 (binary) indicates that 12305 is divided into 1,23,05.
