How did the problem come?

Kids shoes who know a little about telecommunications should know that WiFi networks work in the 2.4g ism public band. ISM refers to the Industrial, Scientific, and Medical industries. It is widely used in Industrial, Scientific, and Medical institutions.

WLAN (Wireless LAN) 802.11 standard WiFi uses the 2.4g ism band, covering the 2.400 MHz-2.483 MHz band in most countries, generally divided into 13 channels, just like a highway with 13 "virtual" lanes. Although the same channel in the WLAN 802.11 standard can be reused, but different AP points are too close, the same frequency interference will occur when the same frequency transmission power exceeds the threshold. For example, when you put several wireless routers together, they all use 11 channels in a certain period of time, which will interfere with each other. This situation is very common. The Wi-Fi networks deployed in residential areas and office areas are increasingly intensive today, and the same frequency interference is very common.

Of course, the 802.11 protocol is designed to resist interference to some extent. 802.11 if an interference occurs before data transmission, the device suspends the transmission until the interference disappears. If an interference occurs during transmission (and this interference causes data packets to fail to be normally received), confirm that the packet is not received and the data will be re-transmitted. The final data packet passes. However, pausing or re-transmitting data will seriously affect your wireless network capacity and performance.

Staggered use of different channels is the best solution to the same frequency interference. However, we can see that the 2.4 Gbit/s ISM frequency band is too narrow and too crowded. Only the Gbit/s and 11 channels are independent of each other.

On the other hand, devices that are not compatible with the WLAN 802.11 standard are also using the 2.4g ism public band. We are familiar with Bluetooth headsets, USB wireless mouse keys, mother-computer cordless phones, ZigBee home or industrial automation control, microwave ovens, and other work in the 2.4g ism or nearby frequency band. When they are enabled, they will interfere with signals sent and received by WLAN network devices.

Some people have done tests. during work, wireless phones, Bluetooth headsets, and microwave ovens with a wider RF spectrum are the culprit in seriously reducing the WLAN Network rate.
