Port 80 cannot open the website. my website suddenly cannot be opened today and can be opened before. Today I checked and changed the port to another one. The website can be opened. If port 80 is used, it is not enabled. At first, I thought Port 80 was occupied. later, I found that Port 80 was not occupied .. I used the IIS server. later I switched to apache. in the same situation, port 80 cannot be opened, and other ports can be opened. may you please tell me what the situation is and how to solve it!

Check whether the Listen setting in httpd. conf is 80.

This port 80 should be the IIS listener. I shut down the IIS service and the port 80 is gone.
