The next countless test opportunities prove this, of course, you also need to know the relevant things in advance. In the next day, if I have any inspiration, I will modify my resume. Most importantly, I will modify the content of my resume based on my interview discussions with the technical interviewer.

There is also insufficient preparation. This includes insufficient preparation and positioning. After so many tests and interviews, I found that I had nothing to do with all kinds of things. Then I searched for documents and gave them crazy tutoring. Another habit I think is, during each pen/interview, I will quickly write down questions that I don't know or don't know in various ways and solve them (and related content) right away ), this makes me gain in every written test. It can be seen that positioning in advance is very important. You need to be clear about your interests, job characteristics, and personal abilities. The last step is the pressure. I did a good job in this regard. In fact, it is a little ironic to myself. Graduate students in science and engineering still have a lot of work to do in the lab. Sometimes there is something wrong with an emergency project at that time, and it takes you a lot of time and energy to settle. I know clearly that there are too many things for me in my transformation to learn and practice, and I am eager to make more preparations before each written test interview, I don't want to make me think that my powerful capabilities (:) are useless. At this stage, my work and lab cannot have both. I chose the former. I go out frequently every day, even in the lab. In this regard, we must also pay the price. The teachers are concerned about the lack of progress in the project and how much you have contributed to the lab. They will not care about your special circumstances and the hardships of finding a job. Due to my abnormality, I was asked to talk and threatened. If my graduation was still in this status, it would be difficult to find a job. It would be useless if I couldn't finish my job. My response is clear. It is estimated that everyone is the same. No way, I had to squeeze out some energy to care about this lovely lab. No way, the new lab without any accumulation is always exhausting, making people do a lot of useless work. Fortunately, the most difficult period of transition has passed.

I also spoke to the Technical interviewer about it, after all, it was a long time ago, and we had to look at it from a developmental perspective. At the technical level, he gave me a mental power question and asked two people a sentence to get the correct line. Although it is different from the original question I have studied before, his ideas are similar, after several minutes, I gave the answer. I felt that offer was not far away. I told me a lot about the advantages and disadvantages of joining the company, and gave me his mobile phone number. I was touched by any questions I had. After that, I was notified to be admitted, but the time was very tight. Considering that it had reached the end of December, my treatment and various aspects had reached the psychological bottom line, after asking the interviewer over the phone for more details about the company, he signed a "receiving agreement" with the interviewer. Fortunately, he didn't rush me to sign the three parties, I have been wondering this, but I still don't understand it.

When I decided I was about to destroy the "receiving protocol" with digital video, I was always thinking about how to deal with it. This company seems to be an alternative among the primary R & D companies. In a word, the company is never short of money-there is customs to back up. The work place is in the prosperous section-it's also Eastern Region (beside Deloitte's staff). The working environment is good, there are many beautiful women, the work pressure is not great, the work is stable, and the welfare is good, that is, the money is very common. It is similar to digital video, and it is slightly less than CEN.

This is precisely because, during my interview with the second officer, I may have a good test score. The second officer did not ask me any technical questions, but only introduced the prospect of the smart card, I constantly analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the company, asked my own ideas, and finally made a phone call for me to ask him any questions.

The whole process is similar to digital. However, a few days later, I received a rejection letter from the eastern port. I was confused and decided not to give up. I 'd like to give it a try again, I thought about the next "rejection letter" (this is not the name) and wanted to know the reason for rejection. The next day, the man on the other side called me and explained the reason to me-"in my conversation with me, I felt that I had a high requirement and the company gave me a very general offer, in the next two or three years, there will not be much growth. "In fact, its treatment is not bad, and I like it very much, then he told blabla: "the ambition of a person is high. In fact, I am also very interested in the company. When I choose one or more companies, it is also normal to hesitate before the selection. Once the decision is made, nothing will be considered ". Maybe he was really impressed with me. He said that he would give me a few more days of consideration and call him again. At the same time, the personnel department should send a notice of employment.

I have learned a lot about the above three offers, which are very meticulous and comprehensive. In general, they are almost the same (and the problem with the account below is not big). It is really hard to choose between them. After a long trade-offs and comments from classmates and family members, I decided to sign the agreement with the eastern port. Then I called the two officers and said they were going to join the company, I asked HR about the signing process, set the time for the examination, and set a time for signing the three parties. But on the day before the medical examination, everything changed.

I also learned that there are only about five people in the next round of interviews (maybe other people can't help signing it.

Due to my pressure, the company finally arranged an interview for me on the afternoon of June 13, January 5. As the technical director was about to fly to the United States immediately, he talked with me for more than 10 minutes, in addition, I was met twice. One of them and the director I felt like I was doing well, but the last person on the screen made me very boring. Maybe he was so amazing, I can see through it in a moment, which makes me feel useless (I think that is), and adds uncertainty to this offer.

Because of this uncertainty and the earliest time HR gave the admission results, I chose the eastern port (in advance) because I could not make overall consideration of the offers options.
