On SharePoint 2013, when you click Manage to refresh data with PowerPivot library, an error occurs when thePowerPivot service application is invalid or does not exist, and after the check is discovered, it is because a service management in central administration is not configured.

Here's how to fix it:

Application Management--Configure the Service Application Association--Customize, select "PowerPivot Service Application Proxy", save, then return to PowerPivot Gallery, refresh the page, and the page will browse normally.
