PowerPoint How to make four-ring chart style slides

Start PowerPoint 2016 to create a new presentation document, press CTRL + A to select all elements and press Del to delete. Then right click on the blank slide, select grid and guides → add vertical guides (and add horizontal guides) from the pop-up menu, and add two guides.

Next, switch to the Insert tab, click Shape, and select Draw a rectangle. Hold down the CTRL key while drawing so that you are drawing a square. Rotate the square so that its four corner points are aligned on the guide line.

When the square is selected, press CTRL + C to copy, press CTRL + V to paste a new square, and then drag the anchor point on the side to compress the rectangle into the narrow bar. After the rectangle is converted to the color, it is fully aligned with one side of the original square, and then the other side of the rectangle is narrowed, and the narrowing length can be used as a reference for the auxiliary line.

Next we're going to cut off one corner of the rectangle and turn it into a right-angled trapezoid. Draw a rectangular isosceles to cover the corner of the rectangle with a horizontal auxiliary line as a reference. For ease of operation, you can switch to the View tab and set the zoom to 400%.

Ctrl-click on the rectangle and the triangle, select them all, then switch to the drawing tools-Format tab, click on the "merge shape → combination", you will find that the rectangle and triangle intersection of the part was cut off. (Figure 4)

Switch to the Drawing tools-Format tab and click rotate → flip vertically. At this point, the basic shape of a right angle trapezoid is finished.
