PowerPoint makes audio albums easy

In our work, we often need to show a series of product pictures to the customer through the slideshow, if in the production of slides, each picture will be imported into the slide and show settings, the workload is big. After a trial, the author found a fast and convenient way, can be in a very short period of time to insert a large number of pictures into PowerPoint, and the image of the way to show the appropriate settings, written here for everyone to share.

First step: Bulk Insert Picture

Start PowerPoint 2003, click on the menu command "insert/Picture/new album", Open the Album dialog box, click the "File/Disk" command button, open the "Insert new Picture" dialog box, select the picture you want to show (you can hold down CTRL or shift to achieve discontinuous or continuous selection), Click the "Insert" button to see these pictures in the "Pictures in albums" List in the album dialog box. Select one and have a preview effect in the Preview box on the right. You can also use the ammonium buttons below the picture list and the preview box to treat a picture with a simple effect. For example, adjust the order of picture presentation, adjust the brightness and contrast of the picture, complete the rollover of the picture and so on.

In this dialog box, we can also click the picture layout Drop-down list in album layout to choose a more appropriate picture layout. If you use the default settings, not only is a single slide picture, but also automatically adjusts the picture size to the slide size. When you click the "Create" button, PowerPoint automatically generates a picture presentation with a cover page!

Step Two: Set toggle effect and background music

1. Switch effect

Click on the menu command "Slide show/Slide Transition", open the Slide Transition dialog box, select the last option in the Toggle Effect list "Random", adjust the "speed", "sound" and other parameters, click the "Apply to All Slides" button.

2. Add background music

In normal view, select the first slide, click menu Commands "Insert/movie and sound/File sounds", find the right music file from the hard drive (no special format required), and then pop up a dialog box asking "When to play Music", select "Auto", A small horn appears in the slide window.

Right-click on the small horn, select "Custom Animation" in the pop-up shortcut menu to open the Task dialog box. Click the triangle button to the right of the music name and select the "Effect Options" option (pictured) in the pop-up list. Then click the Effects tab, select the last single option in Stop playing, set the number of slides to the last slide, and then click the Timing tab, and in the Repeat Drop-down list, select Until the end of the slide, click the Sound Settings tab, select the Hide sound icon during slide show option, and click OK to end the setting.
