PowerPoint Tips for publishing slides to play online

In the past, we used a U disk copy of the PowerPoint presentation we have done to play, and later found that because the software version too many different, take their own notebook to go, now as long as we learn this skill, no longer so troublesome, Direct your PowerPoint presentation saved to the online playback, to the podium directly open.

The specific actions are as follows:

1, first of all, in PowerPoint to make a good handout file.

2, then, click on the "File" menu → "Save as Web page" command, and in the pop-up Save as a dialog box click the "Publish" button. As shown in Figure 1

In this window, the various parameters of the handout page are set up in detail, and when everything is correct, you can export the handout page by clicking the "Publish" button. As shown in Figure 2
