Zhang starts PowerPoint2007, creates a new "October 2006 employee Training" presentation, clicks the Insert menu, clicks the Add Slides button in the tool panel that pops up, and creates a new slide to store the company's business flowchart. and enter the slide title: Company Sales Business flow chart.
Since this time, Zhang needs to edit a diagram of the company's sales business process in the slides, click the SmartArt button in the Insert Tool panel, in the list box for the SmartArt graphic that pops up, select the horizontal process 4 graphic in the process category, and then click OK button (Figure 1).

This inserts a business flowchart template on the slide, and a Text pane named "Type Here" in the flowchart, where you can enter the title of each link shape in the flowchart and the related descriptive text. Of course, you can directly enter the corresponding text in the link shape, but also can be displayed in the Text pane.
Tip: When editing a flowchart, if you feel that the Text pane affects the action, you can click the Close button in the upper-right corner to cancel the display of the pane. When you need to display this pane, right-click the flowchart, select the Show Text Pane command from the pop-up shortcut menu, and the Text pane does not appear when you play the slide.
In the default case, there are only 3 links in the Business flow chart, and Zhang Jie's business process consists of 6 links, namely: business negotiation → sign the contract → customer payment → delivery → customer receipt → feedback, so you need to add 3 links. When you add a new shape, click the Add Shape button in the Design tool panel. Select the Add shapes after command to add a new shape to the back of your existing business flowchart, repeat the action, and append the rest of the shapes, and then enter each link name for the orchestration in each link shape or Text pane in the flowchart.
Although Zhang entered the title in each link shape, but this introduces the company's sales business flow chart, a bit too simple, this time Zhang Jie must be for each business link for further explanation, such as for "business negotiation" link need to add "need to make detailed text records, department manager need to agree" and other explanatory text, You can enter the above text in the secondary text box under "Business negotiation" in the Text pane in the flowchart (Figure 2).

Tip: Usually each link shape in each flowchart comes with a description shape box, and you can enter text in it, but the new shape doesn't allow you to enter text in the Description shape box, where you can click on the text edit box on the right to add a note, such as: Customer Receipt, and then click Add Shape button, select the Add shape below command (Figure 3).
