PPT Slide file Packaging operation in PowerPoint 2007

"Package" all PowerPoint presentation files and presentation viewers that need to be shown, making it easier for the operator to show in various environments. Powerpoint2003 in the file packaging operations are familiar, but Powerpoint2007 interface is different, here we do some detailed introduction.

Click on the menu "File-Pack Wizard", follow the prompts "Yse" down on it, of course, if you want to not install PowerPoint on the machine to play, you will be in the packaging to choose the appropriate packaging type.

One, package to folder

Start PowerPoint 2007, open the appropriate presentation, click Office Button, and then, in the shortcut menu that appears, select the Publish-CD package option, and in the dialog box that pops up, click OK.

When you click the OK button above, open the Package for CD dialog box and click the Options button.

Open the Options dialog box, as shown in the following illustration, and set the appropriate option properties as needed, and click OK to return to the Package for CD dialog box.

If you need to package multiple presentations together, you can click the Add Files button, open the Add Files dialog box, and add the appropriate files.

Enter the folder name in the box to the right of the name CD, and then click the Copy To Folder button to open the Copy to Folder dialog box.

By clicking the Browse button, determine a save location for the packaged file, and then click OK, and then click the Yes (Y) button in the dialog box shown in the following illustration to package the linked file into the folder.

When the package is complete, return to the Package for CD dialog box and click the Close button to exit.

Second, the use of packaged documents

Move the packaged folder copy to another computer and enter the folder, as shown in the following figure.

Double-click the PPTVIEW.EXE file in it, start the Presentation Viewer, and select the presentation you want to show to enter the presentation status.

Third, manually add other presentations

During the packaging operation, additional presentation files are added to the playlist through the Add Files button, but you can also manually add other presentation files to the playlist after you have finished packing and copying to the folder:

Copy the presentation file you want to add to the packaged folder above.

Go to the Packaged folder, double-click the Playlist.txt file to open it, enter the file name for the other presentation, and then click Save to Exit.
