Convert text SmartArt point to present

After you click the existing list text box on the slide, in the paragraph options group above the screen, click the Convert to SmartArt graphic button to select the graphic you want to apply from its Drop-down list and convert to a SmartArt graphic.

The Graphics list box can also be made by right-clicking the menu.

If these styles in the list do not meet your requirements, click More SmartArt Graphics on the shortcut menu to open the Select SmartArt Graphic dialog box and select more list graphics.

Institutional framework Chart

First, select a basic organization Chart template in the SmartArt Graphic Library category list.

Adjust the content in the Text pane to change the size of the shape. Use the TAB key to adjust the text hierarchy. You can also modify the chart's color, style, and so on.

Multi-picture layout

First select the picture class in the SmartArt Gallery category list, and then select a picture arrangement template in the right pane.

In the layout of the picture puzzle, double-click each tile, insert the corresponding picture.

After a simple adjustment, a picture of a jigsaw pattern is created.

Tips: The above method requires one by one insert picture, if you want to make a one-time, you can insert multiple pictures, and then select all of these pictures, and from the "Picture tools → format → picture layout" menu, choose a structure template. This allows you to quickly generate picture puzzles.

3D structure diagram

If you think the above method makes the structure of the puzzle is too flat, then, it can also be converted to a more three-dimensional graphics.

First select a structure template.

Then through the "Design" menu, in the three-dimensional object selection box to select a suitable three-dimensional modeling template. Then the text in the shape of the appropriate editing, you can get a very strong three-dimensional structure of the picture.

In general, no matter how complex the structure diagram, everything is done on the basis of the template, compared to our traditional drawing from scratch in the form of the production method, obviously more efficient.
