In order to play the power of Word, it is recommended that you try the following techniques in use, flexible use of these techniques, you can quickly become a word master (here we take word XP as an example, the other version please refer to the operation).
Today we introduce the second part of Word's practical skills-file management class.
1, delete the document creator's personal data from the document
If you don't want anyone to know who created or modified the document, you can do so in Word XP: Select Tools/Options, click the Security tab, and select the "Remove personal information from this file on save" check box under the Privacy Options section.
When the document is next saved, Word XP deletes the personal data, or replaces the personal data with some generic data. The deleted profile includes the name of the Properties dialog box, the manager and the company, and the name of the author who made the modification to the document, and the list of names for each disk.
2. Convert a Word document to a picture
With Word XP, you can convert a Word document to a picture without a specialized graphics editor by first saving the edited file in doc format, then closing it, then creating a new file in Word XP, opening Explorer, and dragging the file you just saved to the new file. You can convert a Word document to a picture.
3. copy files without clipboard
With the mouse to select the copied objects (including text and pictures), hold down the CTRL key, with the left mouse button to drag objects to the destination.
