• New Canvas (CTRL + N)

• Head

  • The selection Rectangle tool (point to remove the corner mark, select the Ellipse tool inside), and add the layer

  • Click to set background color (move tool +d) default before black white

  • (Ctrl+delete) Set the background color, (alt+delete) set the foreground color;

  • Hold down the SHIFT key to pull the ellipse box to form a positive circle

  • Click the right mouse button and select Transform selection to move to the appropriate location. and add layer settings color

  • Select the Move tool, press and hold the Shift+alt key, shift controls the horizontal direction, Alt is the duplicate layer

• Face

  • In the rectangular box, in the selection Ellipse tool, pull an ellipse, add the layer and give the color

  • Move tool (Alt+shift), copy out another small eye

  • Select the two small eye layers and press and hold (ctrl+t) to bring up the bounding box to change the size and orientation of the current view

• Using the shortcut keys above, you can do it.
