Precmd: 6: job table full or recursion limit exceeded, precmdrecursion

When the 10999isoforms.quantification.txt file is downloaded using the GDC Data Transfer tool, a small shell loop script is written:

Cat all_id_file | while read iddoecho $ idtime nohup ../gdc-client download $ id & done

The following message is displayed:

Precmd: 6: job table full or recursion limit exceeded (the worksheet or recursion exceeds the limit)

To sum up, there is a maximum number of nohup processes, which is about 1000 and my tasks have 10999. If the limit is exceeded, the system prompts that the server is stuck.
