Note:
The predefined users in the oracle database, oracle company designed the oracle database software to classify these predefined users and different users perform different tasks. For different users to execute different tasks, this is not a technical (Design) problem, but a business logic design problem. The user SYSMAN created when oracle database software was designed is used to execute database management tasks for oem components. One of SYSMAN's roles isMGMT_USER
.
In short, oracle has designed oracle database software for different predefined database users for different purposes. Once a pre-defined database user is specified for a specific purpose, the specific permissions of the (pre-defined) database user will be assigned according to the needs of this purpose. Instead of having some permissions for some purpose. Who, because of whom, should not be reversed, in terms of Logical Understanding.
