Preparing to use the Office 365 China Edition-buy

Office 365 China supports two ways to buy, Web Direct (online purchase) and CSP (reseller purchase). If the customer's business is small (dozens of users, less than 100 users) or is a personal/family purchase, you can directly choose the online purchase method. Large and medium-sized enterprise customers, choose Agents to purchase can enjoy a certain discount (depending on the circumstances).
For personal use, it is recommended to purchase a home or personal version of the two subscription that includes the OneDrive service in addition to all of the Office components, but does not contain Exchange Online,sharepoin Online,skype for Business. This positioning is clear, except for businesses and organizations where individuals/families often do not use online collaboration services. Corporate customers when purchasing an enterprise/business subscription, please note that

• Some versions are not with Office components, for example: Business Collaboration edition
• Maximum user limit for commercial edition (up to 300 users)

If a corporate customer has applied for a trial subscription, to continue using (to the full version) after the trial subscription expires, you can only choose to purchase online. If you are looking for a reseller to buy, you can only re-register a new Office 365 subscription (the reseller will create a new Office 365 subscription for the customer), and the data from the trial subscription (mail, documents, etc.) will need to be migrated to the newly registered subscription by the customer.
Repeat once: no matter what version of the subscription you purchase, as long as the Office components are included in the subscription, and the Office components can be upgraded for free during the active subscription period, keep up to date!
The international version of Office 365 is available in China and needs to be paid using VESA or MasterCard credit cards (credit cards issued by major domestic banks are available). When purchasing an international Office 365 subscription, select a data center in Hong Kong or Singapore to ensure a user experience (speed of access) when used domestically. If one day GFW convulsions, everything is a cloud. In addition, there is no invoice for the International version of Office 365 in China, and enterprise users need to pay attention to this detail.
