1. Print Preview

Before printing a book, see the actual print effect through print preview, and if you find any changes in the document in the preview, you can make changes or adjustments in time to avoid the waste of printing paper.

Click the Print Preview button on the toolbar to enter Print Preview mode. You can specify the zoom in the preview window, you can use multi-page display to see the entire book's layout effect, and you can edit the document in the preview window.

2. Print

In the Print Preview window, click the Print option or press the key combination "CTRL+F9" to open the Print dialog box. If you do not have a printer and its driver installed, you cannot open the Print dialog box.

Because you want to print book content on both sides of the paper, you should select the Manual duplex check box. This way Word 2007 prints the contents of the Front (Odd page) of the paper first, and when all the odd pages are printed, Word 2007 notifies you to print on the back of the paper, and then flip the printed side of the paper out and onto the feeder. Click the OK button to print the even page immediately.
