If a user creates an AutoShape in Word 2010, or if the page background color and background picture is set, the AutoShape, background color, and background picture may not print when you print a Word document. The user needs to enable the ability to print these page elements, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, click the file → options command, and so on, as shown in Figure 2011121101.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Show tab. In the Print Options area, select the print graphics created in Word and print background colors and images check box, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2011121102.

This setting allows you to print AutoShapes, background colors, and background pictures in a word 2010 document.
