1. Original Paper Jam (ADF reader)
: If the original is stuck in the paper feed, a warning message will appear on the display.
Note: To avoid document tearing, remove the paper jam. To avoid paper jams, place the thick, thin, or mixed paper on the scanner glass.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Take out any remaining paper from the inner and open the inner lid.
2. Gently remove the paper jam from the inner.
Note: If you do not see any paper in this area, see section5 Step.
3. Disable the lid of the input paper. Reload the paper you have extracted (if any) into the scanner.
4. Open the scanner cover, grab the mistaken paper, and carefully pull it to the right with both hands to remove it from the delivery area.
5. Close the scanner cover. Reload the extracted paper into the scanner.
2. Automatic paper board jam
: Paper cart
Note: to avoid tearing up the paper, take out the paper easily. Clear the paper according to the instructions below.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Switch the front door once. The stuck paper automatically exits from the machine. If you do not exit the paper, go to the next step.
2. Pull out the tray 1.
3. Gently pull out the paper jam.
Note: If the paper is not moved when you pull the paper, or you cannot see the paper in this area, check the timer area near the toner box.
4. Re-insert tray 1 into the machine until the card is in place. Print will be restored automatically.
3. Manual paper board jam
1. If the paper feed is abnormal, pull the paper out of the machine.
2. Switch the front door once to resume printing.
4. Machine internal paper jam
: Enter the machine internal Paper Jam, Toner cartridge position paper jam
Note: The temperature in the timer area is very high. Be careful when taking paper from the machine.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Open the front door, gently press the toner box and extract it.
2. Gently pull out the paper jam.
3. Change the toner cartridge and close the front door. Print will be restored automatically.
5. Paper Jam
: When the paper jam occurs, the display displays a warning message.
1. Switch the front door once. The stuck paper automatically exits from the machine. If you cannot see the paper, go to the next step.
2. Gently pull the paper from the tray.
If you do not see the paper jam or are struggling to pull it, stop the operation and go to the next step.
3. Open the backdoor, pull down the pressure bar, and take out the paper.
If you cannot see the paper, go to the next step.
4. Pull down the fixer cover handle and remove the paper. Restores the caster's dial to the initial position.
5. Restore the pressure bar to the original position, close the backdoor, switch the front door once, and the print will be automatically restored.
