Find php. ini. modify extension = php_curl.dll and remove the semicolon.
In the php. ini configuration, remove the one before php_mcrypt.dll.
Php_curl.dll libeay32.dll ssleay32.dll libmcrypt. dll copy system32 directory.

As far as I know, php_mcrypt.dll is a tragedy in win. All I know is that I have not configured it successfully.
So we recommend that you give up this platform. Linux is just a command.
