When performing the submit operation, the system prompts org. Tigris. subversion. javahl. clientexception: operation not permitted.
Prompt: attempted to lock an already-locked dir
When the operation is completed, the message "resource is out of sync with the file system" is displayed.
The online solution is to perform the clean operation, but the operation not permitted prompt is also displayed during the operation. This method is not feasible.
Find the following test Website:
F you're changing workspaces on OS X and you import an svn-based project into your new workspace, some of your files may have the uchg flag set. subclipse/SVN will not be able to update this project. you will get an error:
SVN: Cannot rename File
Every time you try invoke SVN. if you issue:
Chflags-r nouchg.
At the top-level of the project directory this will clear these flags and restore SVN function.
Therefore, the chflags-r nouchg line is added under the workspace category.
Then, you can perform the clean operation (right-click your project> Team> clean ).
However, the system still prompts "resource is out of sync with the file system" When deleting the primary row.

Resource outside of each le. To fix this problem, right click
Project or edited resource and select "refresh". If you edit outside
Eclipse a lot, you can enable auto-Refresh by going
Window-> preferences menu, then in the preferences dialog box, select
General-> workspace. Check the "refresh automatically" box.
This is for eclipse 3.1. don't know about other versions.
