I recently encountered a problem with the Dovecot POP3 service clients in the Postfix mail system that could not accept mail, as recorded in the Mail log

As shown in the following illustration:

Report cannot open mailbox, internal error.

Open a mailbox using the VI editor vi/var/mail/info see the first line is empty, delete this blank line, save and then try to collect mail, the results of a smooth receipt of the message.

Read some other people's introduction, the possible reason is Dovecot version is too low, after the upgrade will not appear again.
