Problems with textarea scroll bars in JavaScript cannot be dragged

In IE, have you ever encountered a textarea scroll bar that cannot be dragged, but the up and down buttons can scroll the content?

The cause of this problem is likely to be the binding of the onfocus event in the textarea, but, based on a condition, the focus is removed (that is, blur ()), which causes the scrollbar to not be dragged.

A typical example is:

                Me. $input. On ("Focus", function () {                if ($isIE && me.enabled = = False)                me. $input. blur ();                });
When the input control $input (DOM element i-textarea) binds the focus event and then sets it to unavailable (!enabled) loses focus, causing the scrollbar to not be dragged.
