Problems with installing plug-ins Socketlog

Install the server-side NPM install-g socketlog-server and run the command Socketlog-server to start the service. A websocket service will be started locally, and the listening port is 1229. But in executing the command NPM install-g socketlog-server hints that NPM is not an internal or external command

The applications mentioned in the client_id also found no place to configure
