Problems with uploading video in Windows R2 server

In Windows R2 server, upload video can not play, and server size limit issues, here to record my solution, so as not to encounter again, at a loss.

1, upload video can not play

Open IIS and locate the MIME type, as follows:

Double click on "MIME Type", in the upper right corner, click "Add", as follows:

2, Upload big video (here 45M), reported 404
