Problems with using movie player to publish videos on the Enterprise Intranet (connect to 127.0.0.1)

When I come back from this business trip, I want to release some video materials. When I come back, I find that the dialog box is always displayed when I open my webpage to play the relevant videos. windows securely connects to 127.0.0.1.

I tried to open the video Test directly through the address of the virtual directory. the dialog box shown in the figure also pops up. After I click Cancel, I find that the address bar is changed to as shown in

At this time, I suspect that it was caused by a port conflict. I used netstat-an-O to find the port occupation. I opened the resource manager according to the PID and found that it was the Youku plug-in. After the process is completed, the problem was solved.
