· Requirement analysis: the project manager organizes relevant personnel (users, business department personnel, etc.) to form a demand group for requirement analysis, forming the "Software Product Requirement analysis manual" and "software product function analysis manual". A baseline is formed after the application is approved by relevant personnel and approved by the user ). The Demand Management Department tracks and manages requirements to ensure that customer needs are met.
· System design: the project manager organizes relevant personnel to form a system design team (General Department and Business Department) to design the system. The system design includes the overall design and detailed design. The "system overall design manual" and "system detailed design manual" are finally formed, and relevant personnel are organized to review and approve the system to form a system design baseline. The General Department is responsible for system architecture to meet the company's product development requirements.
· System implementation: the project manager organizes project developers to perform program design, coding, unit testing, and assembly testing based on the overall design and detailed design. In the development process, the project team must follow the company's programming statute. After the code and unit tests are completed, the project manager organizes personnel to perform Assembly tests.
· System test: The Quality Management Department assigns a test Manager to manage system tests and participate in the implementation of system tests. The project team assists the test Manager in completing the system test tasks, and finally forms the system test report to determine whether the product can be submitted for acceptance testing.
· Acceptance test: the project team submits an application for acceptance test to the acceptance department through the software center and issues the relevant software products. During the acceptance test, the project team should provide necessary support and assistance according to the requirements of the acceptance department to analyze and modify the discovered defects in a timely manner. After the acceptance test is completed, the acceptance department submits the acceptance test report.
· Promotion/maintenance: After the customer manager discusses with the customer to form a product promotion plan, the demand management department starts the promotion project. After the project is established, the project manager is responsible for organizing personnel to carry out product promotion activities. After each promotion task is completed, the project manager Prepares the product promotion report. After the promotion, the system maintains the software in accordance with the Product maintenance process document, establishes a 24-hour service hotline, and independently sets up software tasks for new demands or system optimization, start a new round of software development.
