Make PE3.0 ISO

The production method of Windows PE3.0 extraction from Win7

Production method:

1, the Windows7 CD (or CD-ROM image) in the \sources\boot.wim files copied to the D:\

2, in the IMGAEX directory right click INF file, select Installation. (Imagex 6.0 AIK encapsulation tool)

3, run cmd, into the Imgaex directory.

4, IMAGEX/MOUNTRW d:\boot.wim 2 d:\new (map D:\boot.wim Mirror to d:\new directory)

5, delete the d:\new root directory of setup.exe files.

6, Imagex/unmount/commit d:\new (merge the D:\new directory in the image file modification, and uninstall it)

7, D:\boot.wim is the modified mirror.

To make a PE disc image:

1. New D:\pe, New d:\pe\sources

2. Copy (Windows7 CD to X) X:\boot directory (including files) to D:\pe

Copy X:\efi directory (including files) to D:\pe

Copy X:\bootmgr file to D:\pe

Copy the modified Boot.wim file to D:\pe\sources

(x is Windows7 disc character)

3. Use UltraISO to extract windows7 cd Boot file, save as Windows7.bif

4. Use UltraISO to add D:\pe directories and files to the CD image, load the windows7.bif, and save the image as PE 3.0.iso
