Summary
Microsoft released Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 1.0 to enable security, routing, and attachments in supported products, and also supports advanced Web Services. Web Services Enhancements 2.0 (English) has evolved from simple support for basic protocols to support integration of core functions with the operating system, and enhanced the policy, trust, and context token functions.
WSE is also an extension of. NET Framework support. It is used to create and use Web services, while WSE 2.0 adopts the new programming mode. In the past, Web Service Support has always relied on Internet Information Server (IIS) as its HTTP Server host. Currently, WSE 2.0 supports sending messages through TCP/IP or in-process. In this way, you can send messages from the server to the client through peering, unidirectional, asynchronous, and other methods.
Below, we will briefly introduce several main features of WSE 2.0, and assume that you are familiar with WSE 1.0. For more information about WSE 1.0, see Programming with Web Services Enhancements 1.0 for Microsoft. NET ).
Rock Paper Scissors: a secure and distributed message processing example application
To demonstrate various aspects of WSE 2.0, I want to create an application to demonstrate some new security and message processing features. Specifically, I like to use TCP Message Processing support to display peer-to-peer communication and make it work in the Windows security field. I think of a simple distributed old Rock Paper Scissors game that can now be securely distributed using WSE 2.0.
Rock Paper Scissors is a two-person children's game that traditionally includes three times for each child to clap his hands and show the shape of a stone, Scissors, or cloth during the Third clap. Determine the winner based on the reasons shown in the following table:
