Although there are just a few guns, pre-sales support, software development, testing, packaging and publishing, document writing, implementation and installation, training, and technical support are all done.

This is nothing, and almost one person is responsible for a product or a project. One person is responsible for the maintenance of multiple customers from the beginning to the end.

After discussion, our team thought that the five process groups could not solve the problem from the nine major knowledge fields of project management, and from the perspective of the project team, the problem was also unsolved. At this time, the most effective tool is communication, especially with the boss. Then, how to communicate becomes the focus. We still need to start from the boss's concerns, that is, "money ". From the strategic aspect of the company, the various costs of the project team, the benefits brought by the project to the company, the benefits brought by the current situation, and the benefits brought by improvements, etc, in this way, the boss and the senior management can be moved. In this way, we can truly "unify the project and company strategy ".
