These four areas ensure effective coordination of project-related specialized work and the completion of projects under budget and Delivery Date Constraints. For example, a hotel construction project must coordinate hundreds of related tasks, human resources and resources so that the hotel can be built on schedule by quality.

 

1. Plan: this field refers to the products to be delivered and how to deliver them. The project is planned to ensure effective coordination and reasonable arrangement of all relevant work. In the example of the hotel above, an effective plan can avoid situations such as the arrival of a painter at the job site before the completion of the Hotel walls.

 

2. Authorization: The effective authorization performed by the Project Manager can ensure that the appropriate person pays the appropriate salary at the right time during the project. Authorization must first make the Authorized Person very clear about the work to be done, including the specific task, task completion deadline, budget, and node for reporting progress.

 

 

3. Supervision: an experienced project manager will not trust the project work authorization to the corresponding personnel, and the work can be completed as planned. The project manager must constantly monitor the progress of the project, identify problems that may cause project delays in a timely manner, and opportunities that will help promote the project progress.

 

4. Control: project management controls projects through planning, authorization, and supervision. All work of all project participants must be controlled. Controls can ensure that appropriate activities take place at the right time, pay for appropriate project products, and take timely measures to correct the project when it is out of the pre-track.
