This document is used only for guidance when you mine projects in the factory. It does not have any industrial legal authority.
When I recently moved to a new department, at least two Improvement Proposals (projects) need to be submitted each month.
This document is written to facilitate reference mining of projects currently available.
Habits:
1. frequent on-site surveys and learning new knowledge (Book websites, magazines, seminars)
2. Learn from others' experiences
3. improve your own thinking and conflict with others (take the following three steps)
Step 1: divide projects by Space
For example, manufacturing:
Office
Production Workshop
Spare room
Barcode room
Others
Step 2: Search for improvement points in each space, such as by person, machine, material/product, environment, and systemization
Person: What do I do every day? What is complicated? Which of the following do you feel uncomfortable?
MACHINE: Can I design one? Can we replace humans with machines? Can machines be improved? Can it be combined?
Materials/products: What can be changed during the manufacturing process? Which of the following can be changed during use?
Environment: Do environmental factors need to be checked and controlled?
Systemization: Can we control useful information and collect useful data for analysis and viewing?
Step 3: divide the project category and determine the value
1. Category
Improve quality
Improve Efficiency
Manpower saving
Save Materials
Others: such as potential revenue increase
2. Value
Evaluate and calculate project benefits
