Outlook and Foxmail cannot receive 163 emails. Han, they didn't use POP3 for me anymore.
The newly applied 163,126 email address fails to send emails using jmail, and receiving emails using Outlook/Foxmail fails. The prompt is: Err you are not authorized to use the POP3 function. Finally, I found the original cause at http://help.163.com:
