　　Method One:

4. If you want to disable active x filtering in all sites, we simply remove the check in front of the Active X filter in the security options in the IE10 tool.

　　Method Two:

1. First get full control of C:windowssystem32macromedflash and C:windowssyswow64macromedflash on the faulty machine.

2. Copy the files under C:windowssystem32macromedflash and C:windowssyswow64 Macromedflash to the same directory of the faulty machine in a IE10 flash playback normal machine. or download attachment replacement directly. (preferably replaced under PE)

3. Open the Administrator's command prompt and run the regsvr32 flash.ocx and Windowssyswow64macromedflash directory in the Windowssystem32macromedflash directory in turn regsvr32 flash.ocx, register Flash.

4. According to the 3rd step registered two flash.ocx under the directory (file name may be different), restart the machine again open IE10 can play the normal flash video.
