PROTEL: Adding components and joining the library

Making component Library components: Right-click: New→schematic Library (new schematic component library file)
→tools
→new Component
→ Draw schematic elements
→ Execute tools
→rename Component
Production package: 1. Take Miscellaneous.lib as an example
2. Execute File→open Find program files>design Explorer 99se>library>pcb> Generic footprints>miscellaneous.ddb
3. Click Miscellaneous.lib
4. Execute Tools→new Component or click Add
5. Follow the wizard to generate the encapsulation or manually complete the encapsulated drawing.

Personal Understanding:

You can place components or packages in a PCB or sch, as long as the PCB library or Sch library is built under one DDB.

Place--browse (Brower)--Add (Add/remove)--and then find the place where your DDB is located. And then add it, you can use it.
