Final effect

1, select the "File/new" menu, open the new or CTRL + N dialog box name: Happy Teacher's Day, preset to: Custom, Width: 800 pixels, Height: 600 pixels, "resolution" for 72, "mode" for RGB color documents, and then click OK button, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Create a new layer in the Layers panel, then the Toolbox selects the Rectangle tool, drags out a rectangular shape in the workspace, sets the foreground color to blue, the RGB values are 98, 179, 222, fills the shape of the rectangle, then presses the keyboard shortcut key Alt+delete fills, Press the keyboard shortcut ctrl+d to cancel the selection, as shown in Figure 2

3. Create a new layer in the Layers panel, then the Toolbox selects the Rectangle tool, drags out a rectangular shape in the workspace, sets the foreground color to gray, the RGB values are 194, 193, 194, fills the shape of the rectangle, and then presses the keyboard shortcut key alt+delete to fill, Press the keyboard shortcut ctrl+d to cancel the selection, as shown in Figure 3.

4. Click the Create New Layer button on the Layers panel. Then use the Pen tool, draw an irregular shape, in the toolbox, select the settings foreground color, set the colors for the future color is blue, RGB values are 214, 231, 247, filled to the irregular shape, press keyboard shortcut CTRL + Enter to convert to a selection, then press the keyboard shortcut Alt+delete fill, press keyboard shortcut ctrl+d to cancel the selection, as shown in Figure 4.

5. Click the Create New Layer button on the Layers panel. Then use the Pen tool, draw an irregular shape, in the toolbox, select the set foreground color, set the colors of the future color is yellow, RGB values are 177, 117, 38, filled to the irregular shape, press keyboard shortcut CTRL + Enter to convert to a selection, then press the keyboard shortcut Alt+delete fill, press keyboard shortcut ctrl+d to cancel the selection, as shown in Figure 5.
