1, the Execution menu: "File"/"New" (shortcut key CTRL + N), new file, set name: heartily greeting card; width: 297 pixels; height: 210 pixels; Resolution: 72 pixels.

2, the Executive menu: "Layer"/"new"/"New Layer" (shortcut key Ctrl+shift+n), new layer and named "Grassland", the foreground is set to: #3db01d, select Lasso Tool, box out selection, press alt+delete key, fill color.

8, press ctrl+shift+n key, new layer and named "Sugar", the foreground color is set to: #f8d512, select the Elliptical Marquee tool, the box selects Ellipse, press Alt+delete key fills the color.
