PS Cloud Text effect

First, create a new picture in the Photohop, the size is 1000px*500px, and then set the foreground color #3497b6 background color to #97d5e6, drag a linear gradient using the gradient tool, as shown in the figure.

Use the Eraser tool, set the soft angle brush and opacity, then apply the border of the white cloud text to make it look softer.

To create a new layer, use a larger cloud brush to add some white clouds to the background, and then set the opacity of the layer to 25%, as shown in the figure.
