PS Compulsory Credits: A tutorial on batch revision

It's the most annoying thing to do when you're fixing a picture, but Photoshop can "record" all the steps and then "play" to finish the batch process. For example, every time you finish, you have to do "thumbnail + sharp + archive" of the photos, now just record these steps, then use Photoshop batch processing, and then go to a cup OF coffee to complete!

Step 1

Open a photo, press the quick button "alt+f9" or select "window" → "action", switch to the "action" sign

Check the page. Then press the "Create new Combination" button in the lower-right corner to create a new group.

Step 2

① Enter the combination name, this example is batch. After the name has been entered, press OK.

② then start recording the action, press the "Create new Action" button in the lower-right corner.

Step 3

① for this action, to do batch thumbnails. This example is named resize_800. After naming, press record.

② when the "recording" button is lit, the next action will be "recorded". To stop the stop key that you can press to the left of the record.

Step 4

① record the first step, "thumbnails." Select "image" → "image size" from the main menu.

② This example sets the height to 800 pixels, and press OK when the setting is complete.

Step 5

① will add an "image size" action under the resize_800 action, indicating that the recording was successful.

② next to sharpen. Select "Filter" → "sharp" → "wisdom-type sharp".

Step 6

Because it is a small 800-pixel map, the "total" uses 50%, and "strength" uses 0.3 pixels. Set the finish to press OK.

Step 7

Complete the smart sharpen action recording.

Step 8

Finally, the stored action is recorded, select "File" → "Save a new file" to store photos.

Step 9

When all the actions have been recorded, press the "Stop" key to finish recording.

Step 10

Again we can use this set of actions to do batch processing. Select "File" → "automatic" → "batch processing".

Step 11 Complete

Then change "source" to "File Folder" and press "select" button to specify the directory of the photo.

Ignore the "open" command for an action

This option must be canceled, or you will not be able to open the file because you did not record the "open" action.

Include all of the secondary file folders

If you want to work with subdirectories together, you should tick.

Suppress file Opening Options dialog box

If you record an "on" action, each time you open a photo, ask for it and suggest that it be picked up.

Suppress color profile warning

If there is no color profile in the photo, or if the color profile does not match the color profile in use, the warning window will pop up and it is recommended that the item be selected.

Note: The bottom of the "destination", if you use "Save and close", indicating that the original file will be overwritten, please save a copy before the batch processing. If you set destination to file folder, you can select a saved folder. Finally, "ignore the action of the" Save new file "Instructions", and then press "OK" after the start batch processing.
