Method/step

PS creates a canvas of 400*200 pixels, creates layer 1 in red, and scales it down as needed

Convert layer 1 to a selection area, and subtract it from the selection area, leaving some of the selection areas to be scaled.

Press Ctrl + x and then edit-Select paste-paste in-situ. press Ctrl + T to select deformation, pull the anchor of the angle to the desired position, convert it to a selection area, and select-storage selection area on the menu bar.

Then, use a new tool to hook up the scroll edge and convert it to a selection area. click "load selected area" in the menu bar to cross the selection area.

Create layer 2, Gray Gradient-symmetric gradient, and get the scroll edge. to make the scroll edge more realistic, add the projection on Layer 3 to complete the final effect.

Notes

Fill the gradient color in Layer 2 to make it easier to outline the scroll edge!
