Final effect

1. Create a new 500px * 200px file and restore the foreground and background colors to black and white by letter D. Then fill the background to black, with the text tool to play the text, preferably a thicker font, the text selected white as shown in Figure 1

2. Delete the text, then select the menu: Filter > Texture > Stained glass parameter settings such as Figure 2 (note: foreground color to black), effect as shown in Figure 3

3. Select the Magic Wand tool, point the black line position of the text to get the selection shown in Figure 4, and then press Ctrl + Shift + I to reverse, point Channel Cotton board, new one channel fill white

4. Select Menu Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur value is 4, the effect is as shown in Figure 5
